 Breast enlargement (augmentation)
Nowadays many women are thinking about breast enlargement. There are various reasons. A breast implant does not only create the always desired form and figure. Often it has a positive impact on the self-esteem of body and mind.
 The principle of augmentation is always the implantation of a pad behind the mammary gland or, depending on the indication, under the chest muscle behind the breast.
Pads of different form and size are available. These are filled either with silicon or saline solution.
Meanwhile we are working with silicon implants of the third generation which show the currently highest level of quality and safety.
Depending on the individual requirements the desired pad is implanted through incision either in the armpit, in the bust fold or close to the nipple.
The operation takes about 90 minutes and is always done under general anaesthesia. Post-operative you will have to stay at the clinic for one night. 14 days after surgery stitches are being removed. During this period we recommend wearing a tight jogging bra which you will get from us.
